Our Policies

Shipping/Delivery Time:
All plaques are custom-made to the specifications set out in your order.  Expect your order to arrive 4 weeks after order confirmation.  We ship via U.S. Postal Priority Mail.  The cost is $11.95 per plaque to anywhere in the United States.  The cost includes packaging, shipping and insurance.  Please contact us prior to ordering for shipping quotes on multiple plaques or International orders.

International Orders (Including Canada and Puerto Rico):
All customers placing orders to be shipped outside the United States MUST contact us prior to ordering for accurate shipping quotes.   International orders placed without an accurate quote will be invoiced electronically for the shipping difference.  Work will not begin on the order until the invoice is paid.

Tax:
Only orders placed by Idaho residents will be charged sales tax.

Returns:
All plaques are custom-made to the specifications set out in your order.  As custom work, the plaques are not returnable.  In the event that we have questions about a history narrative or find an error, we will request permission via e-mail to make corrections. Please respond to our e-mail within 7 days in order to maintain the 4 week shipping schedule.

Privacy:
We value your business as much as you value your own privacy.  Our policy is to never sell or share your personal information.  Our payment processing is handled by PayPal's secure shopping services for top level security on your purchases.  Please be aware, however, that e-mail information that you may send to us is not encrypted, and information such as Social Security Numbers or Credit Card Numbers should never be sent via e-mail.
